1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ProCover (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ProCover is an AI-powered design platform that generates images based on user-provided text prompts and optional reference images. The Service includes web-based tools for creating thumbnails, invitations, professional photos, and other visual content.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Create deepfakes or misleading images of real individuals without their consent
• Distribute spam or malware
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models
• Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service infrastructure

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms and suspend accounts engaged in prohibited activity.

5. Intellectual Property

Images generated through ProCover are owned by you, subject to applicable laws and third-party rights. You retain full rights to use, modify, and distribute your generated content for personal and commercial purposes. ProCover retains ownership of the platform, algorithms, and underlying technology.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

ProCover is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
